Pallet Wraps come from two manufacturing processes with a variety of sizes, colors and thickness. Our wraps are manufactured by industry leading companies and will meet any requirement. Dimensions listed are roll width followed by roll length and then the performance gauge/thickness.

Although most consumers do not know the difference in pallet wraps we have provided some basic information between blown and cast films.

Blown Films - Tends to have higher manufacturing costs whether the film is single or multi layered. Blown film will feel very tough and resilient while stretching. Benefits to using blown film: better holding power, higher stretch memory, better yield per roll, and less gloss/glare from a distance.

Cast Films - Tends to have lower manufacturing costs whether the film is single or multi layered. Cast films will feel soft and flexible while stretching. Benefits to using cast film: stronger cling to pallet or product and a true color clarity to see through the wrap.
